- MOTS-C may cause rare but serious hypersensitivity reactions, including anaphylaxis. Warning signs include swelling of the face, lips, tongue or eyes, wheezing, breathing difficulty, and severe nausea or vomiting.
- If any of these symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately and seek emergency medical attention. Adrenaline (epinephrine) is the first-line treatment for anaphylaxis.

- MOTS-C is an investigational peptide with limited human safety data. To check Individual tolerance, A relatively small dose of 200-500mcg to be administered and look for any side effects in next 24-48 hours.
